Origon Recovery Solutions provides comprehensive assistance in insolvencies, restructuring, public and non-public preventive restructuring and liquidation. As an important part of our service, our experts give timely and professional advice to identify and help prevent the likelihood of company insolvency in Slovakia.

We represent creditors in insolvency proceedings to satisfy their claims from the assets of bankrupt entities, and debtors as they draw petitions for insolvency or restructuring, including drawing up restructuring opinions and plans.

Origon Recovery Solutions is kept on the list of insolvency practitioners maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (MoJ SR) under S2082. We are also members of an elite club of specially licensed insolvency practitioners authorised to handle the insolvencies of large corporations and financial institutions and manage public preventive restructurings.

We are registered on the list of insolvency practitioners and as such also provide liquidator services. Origon Recovery Solutions can be appointed and entered in the Slovak Commercial Register as the liquidator of a client’s company.
